For your order to be fulfilled, there may be a 1-3 business days processing prior to shipping. Depending on location you may see a deliver date of 2 to 10 business days for shipping for items shipped from the United States to the United States and a maximum of 15 to 30 days if shipped from outside the United States. We will do our best to make the wait for your ordered items as short as possible.
All products have a 20 day return policy unless otherwise marked.
To return a product you must first request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number, go to your Camping Spree website and use the "Contact Us" Button and fill out the form. Include Order number, Item Number and Item Description. Please note problem and request what action you wish to proceed with. (Note: Take photos of any damage to expedite conclusion of problem. They will be requested later by email.) This will alert our returns department that you have a return, and they will respond within 1-2 business days with an RMA number and return information.

Types of Returns and What to Expect
Unwanted - You will be refunded the cost of the product minus any restocking fees that may apply. Unless it is noted in the description of the product that Unwanted or non-defective after-sales service will not be accepted or reimbursed.
Returned to Sender - You will be refunded the cost of the product minus return shipping expenses and/or restocking fees that may apply. Unless it is noted in the description of the product that Unwanted or non-defective after-sales service will not be accepted or reimbursed.
Lost in Transit- We will initiate a claim with the carrier, if the item is found/delivered to customer the claim will be closed, if there was insurance on the order and the carrier approves the claim then you will receive a full refund. Note: this clause is not applicable for special time/periods such as holidays, covid-19, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations
Defective - You will receive a full refund; it is up to you if you want to purchase a replacement.
Damaged - Damages must be reported within 3 days of package delivery and we will initiate a damage claim with the carrier. You will need to provide proof of the damage (usually photo(s) will be requested) If the claim is approved by the carrier, you will receive a full refund.
Missing Part(s) - In most cases we will get the warehouse to send the missing part(s), if this is not an option it will be treated as a not as described return.
Not as Described - If a product arrives not as described, we will review it on a case-by-case basis and may ask for additional information, if the item is found to actually be "Not as Described" you will receive a full refund.
Shipping Labels - Buyers are responsible for return shipping on all returns, although in some cases we may send a return label.
